  • Auditorium: $3 million
  • Large lecture halls, classrooms, arts workshops, studios, and laboratories: $100,000 to $450,000
  • Classrooms and seminar rooms: $50,000 to $100,000
  • Common areas, conference rooms and corridors: $100,000 to $150,000
  • Faculty offices: $10,000 to $25,000
